Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Your order ships via the method you chose at checkout. Express, expedited, and standard shipping are available depending on your area. If you have any questions or requests, you can leave us a note on the checkout cart, or email info@meemohome.com, with your order number and your question/request.

Free shipping, when available, is usually done via Canada Post or USPS.  We offer free shipping in Canada and the USA for all orders over $100, applied automatically at checkout. When US orders are shipped via USPS, no custom or import duties apply. Shipping delay for Canada and the US is usually 3-8 days however, lately there have been delays, which we cannot predict.

For International orders outside of Canada and the USA, we cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees imposed by your country and we are unfortunately unable to predict how long your package will take to clear customs. If you need your order right away, we suggest you select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

If the tracking on your order shows it as delivered but you have not yet received your package, please check all areas where your package could have been delivered, check with nearby neighbors, and if possible speak with your mail carrier (or leave a note) since this direct communication in a timely manner often leads to a successful resolution. If after 1-2 days your package still hasn't turned up, please notify the carrier promptly to file a claim. After you have received a claim number, please contact us and we will assist on our end.
